4UPDATE ON COVID-19 ON MARCH 22, 2020
On March 22, Governor DeWine announced a “stay at home” order which includes prohibitions on meetings with more than ten persons.
We do believe the Scriptures support the authority of government for the general welfare of their citizens. While this order certainly places a difficulty upon the free exercise of religion it does not prohibit that free exercise. In an attempt to be godly citizens of the State of Ohio and to promote a clear conscience with others in our society, all meetings at the North Columbus Baptist Church are suspended. This will remain in effect until the “stay at home” order is lifted.
- We will still have a “livestream” service on Sunday mornings at 11:00 on Facebook Live. Persons who are needed to produce the livestream services are allowed into the building, no others will be permitted.
- We will still broadcast sermons on the church website: myncbc.com on Sunday at 6 PM and Wednesday at 7 PM.
- We will still be available for ministering to the needs of our congregation. Please contact Pastor Wolvin or Bro. Steve Wolvin with any questions or needs which you may have.
Our God is faithful.
